Heemskerk Named Wagner Jewelers Gem Of The Month

Everett, WA - The Everett Silvertips are proud to announce that Thomas Heemskerk has been named the Wagner Jewelers' Gem Of The Month for February.
Throughout each month, players amass points based upon being recognized as one of the "Three Stars Of The Night." Players get three (3) points for being named #1 Star Of The Game, two (2) points for being named #2 Star Of The Game and one (1) point for being named #3 Star Of The Game.
In eight games, Thomas posted a 4-2-1-1 record with one shutout and a .957 save percentage to go along with a 1.57 GAA..
Prior to tonight's game Brian and Kim Snyder presented Thomas with a customized Silvertips logo watch in recognition of his performance. This was the second time this season that Shane has been named the Wagner Jewelers Gem Of The Month.
