Maxwell To Attend 2010 USA Hockey National Junior Evaluation Camp

Everett, WA - The Everett Silvertips hockey club announced today that forward Tyler Maxwell has been invited to attend the 2010 USA Hockey National Junior Evaluation Camp this summer in Lake Placid, N.Y. He will be competing for a spot on the U.S. National Junior Team that will take part in the 2011 International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championship, December 26, 2010 through January 5, 2011, in Buffalo, NY. This is the second year that Tyler has been invited to attend the National Junior Evaluation Camp.
Tyler has played two seasons with the Everett Silvertips and has appeared in 129 regular season games scoring 115 points (55 goals, 60 assists). He was the 2009 WHL Scholastic Player Of The Year Runner Up and attended the Los Angeles Kings' training camp in 2009. During the 2009-10 season, Maxwell established new career high in games played (72), goals (33), assists (36) and total points (69).
